LEAN & PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME

 Following on from continued growth of the business and as part of their continual development programme, Dewey Waters is pleased to announce that from the 24^th of August the company will be working alongside specialist consultants Exelin, to implement the Lean & Productivity Improvement Programme.

 The Lean Productivity Improvement Programme is designed to streamline the business processes within Dewey Waters with the aim of increasing productivity and eliminating waste. Lean studies the expenditure of resources in any aspect other than the direct creation of value. The programme is built on continuous improvement, it is a long term approach to work that systematically seeks to achieve small, incremental changes in processes in order to improve efficiency and quality.

 Exelin consultants who have a reputation for quality, offer a depth of practical experience including specific manufacturing, business backgrounds & specialist sector knowledge. The consultants have an impressive track record for providing training and consultancy services to manufacturers and commercial organisations since 2002. Exelin will work closely with Dewey Waters with the aim of ensuring all company improvements are tangible and long-lasting.  

 The consultancy service and training programmes use tested techniques which are designed to address the particular challenges within a company and achieve definite outcomes.

 Dewey Waters Lean & Productivity programme commencement date is the 24^th August 2016, the company will continue to development and implement the lean programme in line with their continual development strategy for the company.
